Project Description

RailCom carried out comprehensive infrastructure renewal works along the Røros Line for Bane NOR.

The project included turnout renewals, track renewal, switch rail replacements, substructure works, low-voltage installations, turnout heating systems, fibre optic installation and civil engineering works across multiple locations. The infrastructure was upgraded to support future ERTMS implementation. Due to the impact of Storm Hans, the project was extended by one year.
