Kanne was previously CEO of the tech company Elop. She has extensive experience in operational management from the petroleum industry, including Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, and has served on the boards of both listed and private companies. Kanne holds a master's degree in engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH, now NTNU).

Terje Wilhelmsen is Director of Rail Infrastructure Projects at Baneservice AS. He has been with Baneservice since 1994 and has extensive experience in management and project control. He has held various leadership positions at Baneservice, including project manager, director of the electrical department and director of railway engineering projects. He is currently responsible for major rail infrastructure projects at Baneservice.

Wilhelmsen is a qualified electrical engineer, educated at Gjøvik College of Engineering.

Hatcher has been with Baneservice since 2011 and has extensive experience as a project manager on major projects at the company. He holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Surrey, England, and has completed the Executive Project Leadership Programme at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Myhr joined from the position of Director of the Construction Division at Norsk Jernbanedrift and has been Director of the Railway Engineering Division since the merger of the two companies. He has extensive experience of construction, infrastructure and production. Myhr holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specialising in construction.

Frogner has been with Baneservice since 2016 and previously held the position of Director of Business Development at the company. He has extensive experience of finance functions in both publicly traded and privately owned companies, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), treasury, investor relations, strategy and corporate governance. Frogner holds an MSc in economics and business administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

Gussiås has led the HR department at Baneservice AS since 2015. She has extensive HR experience, having held HR leadership roles at Coor Service Management and Ringnes (Carlsberg Group). She holds a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has completed two BI Executive Master programmes, in organisational studies and labour law, at BI Norwegian Business School.

Lunde has extensive experience in quality and HSE work, in both operational and management roles, and joins Baneservice from the position of Head of QHSE at Caverion Norway. He holds a trade certificate as a carpenter and vocational college education in building and construction, as well as a bachelor's degree in construction site management.

Bjune joined Baneservice in the spring of 2023 as Director of Product and Development, from the position of Project Manager at Spordrift Prosjekt AS. He has extensive experience of project and technology management, including roles at organisations such as Sporveien and General Electric. Bjune holds a master's degree in engineering cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
