Dagfinn Neteland is a qualified engineer, with further education in economics and management. He was CEO of Fjord 1 across several periods, most recently from 2017 to 2025. Neteland has extensive experience from the transport sector as group CEO of HSD, and later Tide. He also has experience from banking and insurance, as well as ties to the construction sector through his role as chair of the board of Presis Vegdrift AS. Neteland has been chair of the board of Baneservice AS since June 2018.

Simona Trombetta er italiensk og utdannet siviløkonom vedL.U.I.S.S. i Roma. Hun er direktør for Wolkswagen personbil Norge i Harald A. MøllerAS. Hun har lang erfaring innenfor styrearbeid, eierskapsforvaltning og M&Asom investeringsdirektør i et privateid investeringsselskap.

Trombetta har tidligere vært administrerende direktør i Kia Bil Norge, ansvarlig for digital utvikling, CRM, strategi og forretningsutvikling i Bertel O. Steen konsernet. I tillegg har hun erfaring som strategisk rådgiver fra DNB og BCG i Norge.

Trombetta tiltrådte som styremedlem i Baneservice i juni 2023.

Meisingset, born in 1985, holds a degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen. She is a partner and Head of Sustainability at HitecVision, Norway's largest private equity investor. She was previously responsible for business development and strategy in TOMRA's collection business, and has worked as an adviser at PwC Deals in Norway and New Zealand. Meisingset joined the board of Baneservice in 2023.

Harald V. Nikolaisen er administrerende direktør i Dovre Solutions. Han har lang fartstid innen bygg og anlegg, og har tidligere vært administrerende direktør i Statsbygg fra 2013 -2025,styreleder i Nye Veier AS og styremedlem i Helse Sør- Øst. Han har også vært utbyggingsdirektør i Jernbaneverket, og har erfaring fra Norsk Hydro ASA og Statoil. I sin tid i Statsbygg har Nikolaisen bidratt til å utvikle en virksomhet som gjennom sin posisjon er førende i bransjen på en rekke felter, blant annet digitalisering av byggeplassen, innovative anskaffelser og effektiv og miljøvennlig drift av eiendommene. Nikolaisen tiltrådte som styremedlem i Baneservice i 2015.

Thorsnes, born holds an MSc from NTNU in Trondheim and the University of Edinburgh. He is CFO of Mer Group, which develops and operates EV charging infrastructure in several European countries. He has experience from roles in finance, strategy and economics at Mustad Eiendom, Thin Film Electronics, Orkla and McKinsey. Thorsnes joined the board of Baneservice in 2022.

Strøm joined Baneservice in 1993. He is a qualified rail fitter and train driver. He has previously served as the chief safety representative in Baneservice. Today, Strøm works as a Project Coordinator in the Machinery Department and is the head of the largest trade union in Baneservice.

Rognlien holds a bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering from the University of Telemark. He is a qualified electrician and an approved electrical installer, and a certified project manager with further professional education. He currently works as a project manager on major rail infrastructure projects at Baneservice.

Moberg holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in international relations, both from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. From 2013 to 2018, she also worked on several of Baneservice’s projects.
